Synapse Media was founded in 2026 on a simple premise: the best marketing agencies have always used the best available tools. Today, the best available tools are AI agents and ML systems. We built the studio around that fact.
What makes us different isn't the AI — every agency is bolting that on. What makes us different is that we built the intelligence layer first and the agency structure around it. Our team is half classically-trained marketers and half ML engineers. Neither side thinks the other is optional.
We're based in Hanoi. We work with B2B clients across APAC, Europe, and North America. We're small by design — we'd rather do fewer engagements better than scale the headcount and dilute the work.
